PARADISE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup coconut water or skimmed milk or vegetable milk
½ cup 2% fat strained yoghurt
3 Quaker Banana & Pecan BREAKS
RECIPE
1. Put the pineapple, mango, yoghurt and coconut water/milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve the smoothie with the Quaker BREAKS.
