3-MINUTE NO BAKE QUAKER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS  

2 cups crystal sugar
8 tbsp margarine or butter
½ cup low fat milk
⅓ cup cocoa powder
3 cups Quaker oats

    RECIPE

    1.In a saucepan, mix the sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa powder. Place over medium heat and keep mixing.

    2. Continue mixing regularly for 3 minutes.

    3. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the Quaker oats, mix and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.

    4. Using a tablespoon, form rows of cookies on greaseproof paper.

    5. Let them harden.
