SWEET RECIPES — EASY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat flour
½ cup oat flakes
¾ cup almond milk
1 cup applesauce (apple purée)
2 vanilla extracts
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup flaxseed
¾ cup honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 can (400 g) blueberries

Place the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix. Spoon into a muffin tin and bake for 40–45 minutes!
