WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH CRANBERRIES
INGREDIENTS
125g soft butter
75g brown sugar
100g white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g flour
75g Quaker oats
½ tsp baking powder
75g dried cranberries
50g pecan
150g white chocolate drops
RECIPE
- Beat butter with sugar until they form a creamy mix.
- Add the egg and the vanilla extract and once fully mixed, add flour, Quaker oats and baking powder.
- Add cranberries, pecans and white chocolate drops.
- Form small balls, place on a baking tray and bake on 180οC for 15 minutes.
