SUPER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 handful blueberries
1 handful raspberries
2–4 tbsp vanilla-flavoured yogurt (or any other flavour)
1–2 tbsp peanut butter
1 large handful Quaker oats
A little freshly grated ginger
RECIPE
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add some water or milk to adjust the consistency.
