ALMOND MILK, FRUIT AND QUAKER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
(serves two)
2 ripe bananas
2 small carrots
1 apple
340g almond milk
2 tsp honey
4 tbsp Quaker oats
RECIPE
1. Peel the carrots and apple, cut into small pieces and put them in a blender.
2. Add the bananas cut into small pieces.
3. Add the milk and honey and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
4. Pour into two glasses, sprinkle with extra Quaker oats and anything else you may wish (eg goji berry) and serve.
