WATERMELON AND OAT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie:
Coconut milk
Frozen watermelon*
Quaker oats
Honey (or agave syrup)
*or any other frozen fruit

Toppings:
Desiccated coconut
Finely chopped fruit of your choice

    RECIPE

    1. Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend thoroughly.

    2. Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with the toppings, serve and enjoy!
