PORRIDGE — PORRIDGE WITH FIGS AND PISTACHIOS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups Quaker oats
¾ cup chopped figs
¼ cup Aegina pistachios

    RECIPE

    1. In a small saucepan, mix the oats with the ingredients and let it boil for 5 minutes.

    2. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl, garnishing with the figs and pistachios.
