PISTACHIO ICE CREAM WITH QUAKER CRUNCHY BITE
INGREDIENTS
(for 1 serving)
4 tbsp QUAKER crunchy bites w/ nuts
2 scoops of good quality pistachio ice cream
2 tsp pistachio nuts
a pinch of fleur de sel
EQUIPMENT
Glass or ice cream bowl
Ice cream scoop
RECIPE
In a glass or ice cream bowl serve 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream. Add the QUAKER crunchy bites w/ nuts and the extra pistachio nuts. Finish it with a pinch of fleur de sel.
