POMEGRANATE AND COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Quaker oats
½ cup milk
½ cup pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tsp vanilla extract

RECIPE

  1. Add Quaker oats to your container of choice and pour in milk
  2. Add pomegranate seeds and cocoa in alternating layers, then garnish with flax seed and vanilla
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy next morning or a couple of hours later!
