BANANA BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Quaker Oats
½ cup low-fat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries
1/3 cup banana, sliced
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp of honey
RECIPE
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and then pour in milk and vanilla
- Add blueberries and bananas in layers and optionally honey and chia seeds.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy next morning or a couple of hours later!
