BANANA BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS  

½ cup Quaker Oats
½ cup low-fat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries
1/3 cup banana, sliced
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp of honey

 

    RECIPE

    1. Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and then pour in milk and vanilla
    2. Add blueberries and bananas in layers and optionally honey and chia seeds.
    3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy next morning or a couple of hours later!
