OVERNIGHT OATS WITH APPLE AND CINAMMON

INGREDIENTS

½ cup Quaker oats
½ cup skim or vegetable milk
¼ cup no fat strained yoghurt
½ cup chopped apple
⅛ tsp powdered cinnamon
1 tsp honey

     

    RECIPE

    1. Mix the Quaker oats with the milk and yoghurt in a jar with a lid.

    2. Add the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and honey.

    3. Close the lid and refrigerate overnight or for 4-5 hours before serving.
