SWEET RECIPES — THIN FROZEN YOGURT BARS WITH CRUNCHY OAT BITES & FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
500 g strained yogurt
2–3 tbsp honey
Zest of 1 small unwaxed lemon
100 g fresh or frozen blueberries
120 g Quaker Crunchy Oat Bites with fruit

After the initial freezing, store the yogurt bark covered in the freezer for up to 1 week.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey and lemon zest. Taste and adjust the honey according to your preference.
- Add half of the blueberries and half of the Quaker Crunchy Oat Bites with fruit, folding them gently into the mixture.
- Line a baking sheet (large enough to fit in your freezer) with parchment paper, and spread the mixture with a spatula so that it is 1–2 cm thick.
- Sprinkle the remaining blueberries and Quaker Crunchy Oat Bites on top and press down lightly so they stick to the yogurt mixture.
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Remove from the freezer, transfer the parchment to a cutting board, and quickly break the frozen yogurt into pieces using a knife.
- Serve immediately and store any remaining pieces covered in the freezer.
